Would you ever have guessed that a school district would fire without cause a responsible 20 year employee administrator?  Multiple responsible employees without cause?  How about hire an assassin?  Get mixed up in Drug Trafficking and money laundering?  Spend hundreds of millions of dollars on anything they choose without being held accountable?  Guess again!!
